Roman Holiday

2002009Ciao de bella Italia. I managed to land on this really nice balcony with a view. How nice it is to have a little Roman respite and get away from the grey and cold November in Berlin. Humph and I met up again and are currently working out where to go in the afternoon. Unfortunately, bears are not allowed to hire a vespa to whizz around town - so we'll take a walk to the Villa Borghese to see Bernini's and Caravaggio's beautiful works of art, followed by a stroll through the park. With all the wonderful food on offer, a little exercise can't do any harm to keep in shape.

We are really lucky with our host and feel privileged to share a few happy Ikea moments with him. And I managed to create some lovely bubbles in his dishwasher......
