Rocky Mountain High

I am in the Rocky Mountain National Park in Colorado at an elevation of 12,183 feet.  Talk about cold!  The wind was blowing so hard, that even though we had expended a lot of energy hiking to this point, I was still really cold.  It was worth the hike because the view was amazing.  I will share my secret with you.  I made the trip in a backpack so I totally just got to enjoy the view, no hard hiking for me. This is definitely the way to travel!
