Behind the scenes of Congress

2004652 Here I am with my friend Lauren. She works for Congress. Senators and Representatives ask her when they need to know something. Her area of expertise is Africa. You can see lots of different artifacts that she has brought back from her many trips. Lauren was a great tour guide and source of information. We got to walk through the tunnels underneath the Capitol Building and I was able to actually go inside the Library of Congress instead of just looking through the glass. Unfortunately they don't allow photography inside the Library.
