Inspired by Legends!
Posted April 17th, 2009 by BjornI'm back from my best friend Woody's beautiful new home in Dallas, Texas. As you can see the surgery went well and while I was there I got a bit excited with cowboy legends - so I just had to wear a true cowboy hat for the next few days. Here's me with one.
Howdy Partner!
Posted April 10th, 2009 by BjornI’m back on a new adventure, with a new look. I thought that it would be a great time to visit my main man Woody at his new home in Dallas, Texas. But before I went to Dallas I took a quick stop in Los Angeles at McNamara/Troy’s relatively new practice. I thought that I’ve give plastic surgery a try, as it turns out the results weren’t bad. I made an appointment and I came by their office, and they asked me of course “Tell me what you don’t like about yourself?” I said nothing, but I said that I wanted to try plastic surgery and so I gave them free hands to do whatever they liked. And the results as you can see weren’t bad at all. I then headed on over to Woody in Dallas. He had a beautiful new home, with a Jacuzzi and a pool with the water from the Jacuzzi flowing over the edge into the pool like a fountain. In his garage he had set up an air-hockey table where we played a couple of games, we also went to a true cowboy place. Just outside of Fort Worth there was a place called Fort Worth Stockyards, there you could watch Rodeos, real cowboys moving caddle, trading caddle and so on, it was all basically an old cowboy town. Here are some pictures of me and Woody hanging out.
I'm also stripped bare!
Posted December 8th, 2008 by BjornI am back in Falsterbo, after one of my life's best experiences in Masai Mara. Here I'm reading Sir Richard Branson's latest book "Business Stripped Bare", highly recommended.
Hakuna Matata!
Posted December 7th, 2008 by BjornI'm at the Governor's Camp in the Masai Mara Game Reserve, the Governor's Camp is a safari resort settled right in the bush, ideally by a river where every imaginable animal will gather to drink and hang out. At times elephants or lions just swing by through the camp, it's amazing! At night, you can hear all the animals roaring and growling, and you can occasionally hear them strolling by your tent. We had an instance where an elephant just popped in his head through the restaurant tent, we all sat very still, since it could've run down the tent like air. At one point we had also an elephant chasing a couple guys. Besides elephants, we saw lions, cheetahs, hippos, you name it, it was probably one of the best experiences of my life. Here I am relaxing and enjoying life, if you look in the top right corner, you can spot a flock of elephants passing by.
At last in Speke's Kenya!
Posted December 1st, 2008 by BjornHad a long flight to Nairobi, slept most of the time. It was dark when I arrived so I haven't seen anything of the city yet. The hotel is very nice and here I am taking a rest after the long flight.
Waiting for a plane...
Posted December 1st, 2008 by BjornHad to stay in Zurich overnight on my way to Kenya. Unfortunately I saw nothing of Switzerland, only the hotel and the airport.
Checking out Africa!
Posted November 29th, 2008 by BjornI'm back home and I'm already planning my trip to Africa, more specifically Kenya! Here I am checking out the map, and locating the reserve that I'm going on safari to see.
First time abroad!
